Facebook’s reasoning was quality – refraining from bombarding users with advertising. Thanks, Facebook. Unmetric, a social benchmarking platform, has shared new statistics showing Audi and Mercedes Benz USA as being the top two automotive companies when it comes to social effectiveness on Facebook. Infiniti is also getting it done, racing forward as a fastest-growing auto company on the social network. In Unmetric’s study, they analysed the performance of automotive companies on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter, the results ranked by the Unmetric Score. The Unmetric Score looks at a few different aspects of social media marketing, including content strategy, overall engagement, follower/like growth, along with the timing and frequency of social posts.
